General Information
The Lynwood Unified School District’s Student Records Center (SRC) is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former Lynwood Unified School District students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended Lynwood Unified School District schools. Records for each Lynwood Unified School District school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status.
All requests for student records/information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.
No walk-in, in-person, or same day service is available.
Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

- When selected student records are delivered electronically in a certified PDF format, it is important that you monitor your email used during the ordering process for instructions.

- Please allow 3-5 days to process student record orders.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

Important Information Regarding the Deferred Action Program
The Lynwood Unified School District will provide the elementary, middle school and high school transcripts when requesting Deferred Action Documentation. Please note, however, that we do not always have elementary records. In this case, we will provide an attendance report which lists the years you attended elementary school. In addition, we will also provide a print out of mailing addresses in our system.
Please allow for 2 – 4 weeks for the delivery of your Deferred Action Documentation. You will receive an email notifying you when your document request is processed.
